1. I've made my booking inquiry - What happens next?
If you now  want to book your, car just click the "book now" button. We will then confirm all your details back to you via email.

2. How can I make a deposit to hold a vehicle?

Simply providing us a credit card number will secure your booking.

3. What is included in the Rental?

Come & Go has a no hidden costs policy. Your price includes reduced excess insurance and 200 klms per day, with a $330.00 excess and 27 cents per extra klms

4. Do I need an International Drivers License?
Our overseas visitors must supply a current drivers license from their own country or an Australian licence.

5. Do I need a truck license to rent the truck?
No our trucks are legal to drive on a standard car license.

6. Can anyone other than myself drive the car?
Yes as long as they hold a full license and are noted on the contract.

7. What age do I need to be to rent a Come and Go car?
Due to insurance reasons, our minimum age is set at 21 years of age and you must have a full license.

8. When to vehicles need to be returned?

Vehicles are hired on a 24 hour basis and are returned at the same time that they are hired.

9. I need to extend my rental. Can I extend the use of my Come and Go Hire Vehicle?
Extensions can be made simply by confirming with us either by phone or email.

10. Can I do a one way rental?

Yes you can as far south as Brisbane Airport or north to Noosa. A fixed cost is charged for us to retrieve the vehicle or deliver it to you.

11. Can I leave my Come and Go Hire vehicle at the Airport?
Yes we have a local Sunshine Coast airport  arrangement where as we deliver the vehicle to you as you step of the plane and then leave it at the airport on your departure a small cost of $32.00

12. How do I cancel my booking?
Simple by calling us within 48 hours either by phone or email

13. Is there a cost for Amendment Fees / Service Fees / Cancellation Fees?
No

14. Can we get a car with Satellite Navigation / GPS / Never lost?
Yes we can provide you with GPS at your request for only an additional $5.00 per day

15. How much is Petrol & Diesel in Australia?
As in all countries around the world the price of petrol has increased dramatically, so here at Come & Go we only stock late current models in order to give you the best fuel consumption possible.

16.  What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
This of course is just a fact of life. We realize that and are completely flexible so that you don't need to worry and just get on to enjoy your holiday.

17. I need a child seat - are these guaranteed?

Yes all our child seats and booster seats meet Australian Standards

18. Can I rent a car if I don't have a credit card?
Yes you can all you need to do is leave us with a $330.00 security bond

19. I returned my vehicle early - can I have a refund?
In most cases yes  we only need 24 hours notice

20. What happens if I have an accident in your vehicles?
When you hire our vehicles you are automatically covered by insurance and in the case of an accident you will only be liable for the first $330.00

21. Can I drive my vehicle off road?

No none of our vehicles are suitable for 'off road' use
